Pump Haircare Salon Video Submission Competition – Terms and Conditions
By entering the Pump Haircare Salon Video Submission Competition, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility:
The competition is open to all salons that carry and use Pump Haircare products.
2. Video Submission:
Videos must be submitted via the online form no later than 30/11/2024.
Each salon may submit one or more video’s for entry per competition category.
Videos must be original, created by the salon entering the competition.
Videos must adhere to all relevant laws, including copyright and privacy laws.
3. Content Guidelines:
Videos must prominently feature Pump products in use or shown to the camera.
The content should align with one or more of the designated competition categories: Before & After Transformation, Product Demonstrations, Staff Testimonials, and Salon Showcase.
Videos should not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or discriminatory content.
4. Prizes:
Winners will be announced on 08/12/2024.
The winning salon and runner ups will receive :

$300 Store Credit
2nd Place Prize:

3rd Place Prize:

$100 Store Credit
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
5. Rights and Ownership:
By entering the competition, participants grant Pump Haircare non-exclusive rights to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the video submissions for marketing and promotional purposes.
Participants retain all copyright ownership of their videos. All credit will be given to the participating salon where content is used.
6. Judging:
Video submissions will be judged based on creativity, innovation, relevance to the category, and the overall quality of the content.
The decision of the judges is final and binding.
7. Publicity:
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their salon name and video content for promotional purposes related to the competition and Pump Haircare’s products.
8. Privacy:
Personal information collected from participants will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disqualification:
Pump Haircare reserves the right to disqualify any video submission that violates these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate.
10. Changes and Termination:
Pump Haircare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
11. Governing Law:
This competition is governed by the laws of NSW. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in NSW.
